What's really going on with your roof?
We fly a drone over your roof and show you exactly what's up there — in clear, honest photos. No scaffolding, no sales pitch, just the facts so you can make the right call and dodge the nasty surprises.

Could a survey save you thousands?
Honest answer? Usually yes. A small, independent survey gives you the facts so you don't overpay for a property, don't pay for repairs you don't need, and catch the little niggles before they turn into big bills.
Typical survey: £150–£300. A single missed defect can cost £5,000–£15,000+ to put right.
Will a roof survey really save me money?
Yes. A £150–£300 survey often prevents thousands in unexpected repairs. Knowing the true condition before you buy, repair or maintain means you spend only on work that is actually needed — and nothing on work that isn't.
How does it help when buying a home?
If a roof has hidden defects, you can renegotiate the purchase price or ask the seller to carry out repairs. Many of our clients have recovered the survey cost many times over at the negotiation table — one defective roof can cost £5,000–£15,000+ to replace.
Can it stop small problems becoming big bills?
Absolutely. A slipped tile or cracked flashing caught early costs tens of pounds to fix. Left unseen, the same defect lets water into the structure — leading to rotten timbers, ruined ceilings and repair bills running into thousands.
Why is an independent survey better value?
Because we don't carry out repairs, we have no reason to invent or exaggerate problems. You get an honest, evidence-based picture — so you only pay a contractor for work that is genuinely required, not speculative extras.
Do I still need it if the roof looks fine from the ground?
Most roof defects aren't visible from ground level. Our drone captures the ridge, valleys, flashings, chimneys and gutters in 4K detail — the very areas where leaks and wear start. A "looks fine" roof can hide thousands in developing damage.
